About

Neeraj Mishra

Neeraj Mishra holds a Master's degree in Zoology. Photography has run alongside his work for more than thirty years, across the forests, wetlands, and high country of India.

He returns to the same forests season after season, photographing the same animals over many years.

His subjects range from leopards in the Aravallis and sarus cranes on the Indo-Gangetic plain to snow leopards in Ladakh. He photographs flowers and insects with the same attention he brings to large mammals.
