Licensing & Terms.
The terms below set out how the photographs and other content on this site may be used, and the basic conditions that apply to visiting the site itself. Licensing is arranged individually, by enquiry through the contact form.

Image Licensing Terms
Copyright & ownership
All photographs and written text on this site are the original work of Neeraj Mishra and remain his property. All rights are reserved. Nothing on this site is placed in the public domain or made available for free use.
Viewing the site vs. licensing the images
Visitors are welcome to view the site and to share links to it. The photographs themselves, however, are not licensed for any use by default. Any reproduction or distribution of an image — in any form, online or in print — requires a written licence agreed in advance.
Licensing by enquiry
Licences are arranged individually, on a case-by-case basis. This applies to editorial, print, commercial, exhibition, and any other intended use. To request a licence, please use the contact form. Scope, duration, territory, and fee are agreed per licence in writing before any use begins.
Permitted uses
Once a licence has been granted, the image may be used only in the manner, for the purpose, and within the scope set out in that licence. Editorial, print, and commercial uses are all available where agreed; the exact rights granted are defined by each individual licence.
Restricted & prohibited uses
Without a written licence, the following are not permitted:
- Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of any image.
- Downloading, scraping, or bulk extraction of images from the site.
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any credit, watermark, or metadata associated with an image.
- Use of any image, or of the site as a whole, to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or association with a person, product, or organisation.
No AI or machine-learning use
The photographs and written text on this site may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or generative system, and may not be ingested by automated crawlers or scrapers for any such purpose. This restriction applies regardless of any other licence granted, unless it is expressly and specifically waived in writing.
Credit
Where a licence is granted, the agreed credit line — naming Neeraj Mishra as the photographer — must accompany the image in the form specified in that licence.
Authorised sources
The only authorised source for licensing these photographs is direct enquiry through this site. Copies of any image found on third-party platforms, stock libraries, social media, or elsewhere on the internet are not authorised sources and do not confer any right of use.
